Whether you’re navigating a new season, rebuilding routines, wanting to take your fitness to the next level or seeking deeper alignment, Mind-Body Built blends customized training, nutrition, and mindset support for powerful, sustainable transformation.

WHAT TO EXPECT

1. A Personalized Start

We will have a 1:1 30-45 minutes detailed call where I get to know you more and you get to know me more !  This is also to set clear goals, intentions, and strategies.  Have a good understanding of your past experiences, what has worked, what hasn't, what you like, when you feel best supported, etc. And to further discuss what YOU would realistically like the next 12 weeks to look like for you and your overall health! 

 

2. Custom Training & Cardio Prescriptions

A progressive strength training program built for your level, comfort zone, experience, life schedule and what equipment you have access to.  This will be provided for you in a PDF format and adjusted throughout the 12 weeks as needed for continued progression. 

 A cardio plan tailored to complement your training and goals.  We will work on hitting daily step goals that are individualized to you as well as cardio sessions that assist you in improving your fitness level.  This is not just doing more and more; this is tailoring your movement around your life and goals while improving cardiovascular strength & overall endurance

 

3. Nutrition That Fits Your Life

A personalized macro nutrient plan that adapts to your body, preferences, and history with food. We will find your baseline intake first with carbohydrates, fats and protein and from there build a plan to bring consistency to the mix that is leading with intention not restriction! 

 

4. Ongoing Accountability & Adjustments

Weekly check-ins online through your private client portal you will be assigned at the start of the program.  This is to track progress with data points discussed, celebrate wins, and troubleshoot challenges.  This isn’t a “report card.” It’s a dialogue to keep you moving forward with consistent tweaks. We will track health markers like sleep, hunger, strength, stress, energy and digestion to collect how your overall wellness is progressing during the 12 weeks as well. 

 

5. Coaching for the Mind, Not Just the Body

Monthly 1:1 Mindset Sessions to uncover thought patterns, identify blocks, and strengthen your inner resilience. This will be a 60-minute ZOOM call where you will have the opportunity to discuss matters where you may feel suck or desiring change in. At the end of each session we will create, together, actionable steps and given tools that we can sharpen throughout the 12 weeks - bringing alignment to your Mindset and Fitness. 

6. Monthly Group Coaching Calls

(Zoom) where you connect with others, gain perspective, discuss and practice mindset tools in a supportive community. To feel that we are not alone in the challenges we experience and have others around us that we can navigate sicky situations with is such a HUGE help with any endeavors we are going after.  This monthly group call will provide just that! 

7.  Continuous Communication

As we work through barriers and challenges that may be existing and standing I the way of your achieving your goals support is crucial.  we will discuss ways in which you and I can have continuous communication outside of the weekly check-ins as well.  I am here to be that disrupt and guide as you bring awareness to patterns and build new habits!

Each week will have a dedicated theme supplemented by tools and resources to explore.  Here are a few examples:

Awareness & Intention:

Understand where you are and where you're headed

Mindset Task:  Journal your current habits around fitness, nutrition, and mindset.  Set 3 aligned intentions for this journey.

Tool:  Wellness Vision

Breaking Old Patterns:

Identify and interrupt habits or beliefs that keep you stuck

Mindset Task: Choose one unhelpful behavior and replace it with a new aligned habit this week

Tool:  "Catch Challenge and Change".  An exercise to Catch the pattern/behavior, Challenge it, and then implement Change

The Power of Mind-Body Connection:

Tune into movement and mental resilience

Mindset Task:  Try a mindfulness-based movement practice such as walking, meditations, yoga, or breathwork

DANIKA JOHNSON, MSW

M.S.W,  BA Psychology, HCL/MBI Certified

Diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at age 11, Danika became very motivated to get in tune with her body, health and mindset.   She grew up in competitive sports, and ultimately pursued health as a career earning graduate and post-grad degrees with a focus on eating disorders and body image disturbances.  She has also earned diplomas for  Holistic Health Coaching and is a certified Mind-Body Practitioner

 

She is ready and eager to continue working with others on achieving their goals and maintaining overall health while building a strong sense of self and “WHY”.
