Coaching "Light" Package

Designed for clients who want structured guidance with flexibility, this coaching package provides ongoing support and adjustments to keep you progressing toward your goals.
 

After a one-on-one call to discuss your goals, your coach will deliver a complete program which includes:
 

bi-weekly (every two weeks) check-in feedback to review your progress

personalized macro and/or training adjustments

detailed Loom video feedback for clarity and guidance​

regular check-in reminders to keep you accountable

sample meal plan based on your preferred foods
 

This is ideal for clients who want consistent expert input while maintaining independence in their routine.

Complete Program Package

After a one-on-one call to discuss your goals, your coach will deliver a complete program which includes: 

personalized macros/nutrition targets
customized training program
comprehensive tracking log
activity and/or cardio goals
 sample meal plan based on your preferred foods

Clients are invited to regularly book Private Coaching Calls for ongoing support, or re-purchase Complete Program Packages when updates or changes are desired

Perimenopause & Menopause Weight Loss Coaching

This coaching program is designed for women navigating the body changes that often come with perimenopause and menopause, with a focus on sustainable weight loss and improved body composition.
 

Through structured nutrition, resistance training, recovery strategies, and practical lifestyle adjustments, the program helps your body become more responsive to fat loss during this stage of life. Coaching also considers key lifestyle markers that often shift during hormonal transitions, such as sleep, stress, recovery, hunger cues, and body composition patterns, to guide a more personalized approach.
 

This program provides coaching, education, and accountability to support metabolic health and long-term weight management.

Private Coaching Call

Book a consultation to talk one-on-one with Coach Danika for 30 minutes. You are invited to discuss any fitness, wellness, and/or nutrition related topics you wish, including personalized program reviews and nutrition suggestions

Danika’s passion for health & fitness began at a young age. Being diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at age 11 motivated her to become very in tune with her body, health and mindset. She was highly active in sports and dance growing up and later her involvement in Competitive Bodybuilding as a Bikini Competitor earned her an IFPA and WNBF Pro Card as well as achieving the 2014 Yorton Cup Bikini World Champion and Nationally Qualified NPC Bikini Competitor. Along the way, she achieved her BA in Psychology and MSW with a focus on eating disorders and body image disturbances. She is a Certified NAMS Nutrition Consultant and is currently working towards attaining her Holistic Health Coach & Mind-Body Practitioner Diploma through the Mind-Food-Body Institute. She is ready and eager to continue working with others on achieving their goals and maintaining overall health while building a strong sense of self and “WHY”.
