This is a female-only event open to all physique athletes competing in Bikini, Figure, or Wellness divisions of any organization. Command the Stage 2025 will be hosted at the famous Glute Lab in San Diego, California and includes seminars from Paul Revelia, the “Glute Guy” Bret Contreras, posing sessions with Olympian Lawna Dunbar, a mock show with an IFBB Pro Judge, group workouts led by Pro Physique Coaches, social outings and more!
