This is a female-only event open to all physique athletes competing in Fit Model, Bikini, Figure, or Wellness divisions of any organization. Command the Stage 2025 will be hosted at the famous Glute Lab in Fort Lauderdale and includes seminars from Paul Revelia, Dr. Joe Klemczewski, the “Glute Guy” Bret Contreras, posing sessions with Olympian Lawna Dunbar, a mock show with an IFBB Pro Judge, group workouts led by Pro Physique Coaches, social outings and more!
