ONE-ON-ONE COACHING

Every service below is an individual relationship with your coach -- not an app or algorithm.  Everything provided is fully customized to you and your personal needs

 

All Coaching services Include:


• Live kick-off call to discuss your goals and expectations

• Personalized macro targets OR meal plan template

• Cardio and/or daily activity protocols

• Weekly check-ins to submit your progress data and personal notes
• Video responses to check ins with detailed feedback

• Habit tracker and/or logs for accountability
• Access via email for ongoing support

 

As your coaching relationship develops, each check-in is an opportunity for your coach to make adjustments to your plan.  In doing so, they will consider 3 primary categories:

These are highly-focused coaching experiences designed for women navigating specific challenges or life phases.

While each option will be hyper-focused on your individual needs, these options expand on standard coaching by diving deeper into your personal physiology, psychology, and lifestyle to overcome these hormonal hurdles and achieve sustainable, lasting fat loss and total-body balance.

 

Check-in responses offer deeper consideration of key lifestyle markers that often shift during hormonal transitions, and ongoing guidance and education is aligned to a female-first experience

Book a consultation to talk one-on-one with Coach Evan for 30 minutes. You are invited to discuss any fitness, wellness, and/or nutrition related topics you wish, including personalized program reviews and nutrition suggestions

Evan Wells brings experience in both high-level athletics and bodybuilding to his coaching clients. As a former football player and track athlete at the University of Georgia, he developed the skills necessary to be successful in both the classroom and football field. Evan is currently a high-level national bodybuilder and is on track to earn his IFBB pro card in Men’s Physique. Evan often states that “bodybuilding is the best thing that ever happened to him,” as it allowed him to overcome limiting beliefs and create the life he wanted. His passion is infectious and believes bodybuilding and fitness is for everyone. Evan’s goal is to bring out the best in each of one of his athletes, showing them through experience what they can achieve.
