Designed for clients who want structured guidance with flexibility, this coaching package provides ongoing support and adjustments to keep you progressing toward your goals.
 

After a one-on-one call to discuss your goals, your coach will deliver a complete program which includes:
 

bi-weekly (every two weeks) check-in feedback to review your progress

personalized macro and/or training adjustments

detailed Loom video feedback for clarity and guidance​

regular check-in reminders to keep you accountable

sample meal plan based on your preferred foods

This coaching program is designed for women navigating the body changes that often come with perimenopause and menopause, with a focus on sustainable weight loss and improved body composition.
 

Through structured nutrition, resistance training, recovery strategies, and practical lifestyle adjustments, the program helps your body become more responsive to fat loss during this stage of life. Coaching also considers key lifestyle markers that often shift during hormonal transitions, such as sleep, stress, recovery, hunger cues, and body composition patterns, to guide a more personalized approach.

Fran is a certified Nutritionist Consultant by the National Academy of Metabolic Science with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, an IFBB Bikini Pro, and holds education in women’s hormonal health. Her diverse background allows her to not only deliver effective results, but also connect with clients on a deeper level—understanding the emotional and physiological challenges that can impact progress.

Her journey began from personal experience. Having grown up overweight and later facing prediabetes as an adult, Fran developed a passion for learning how to optimize the body through proper nutrition, training, and internal health. She fell in love with fitness over 10 years ago, and in 2023, earned her IFBB Pro card just one year into her competitive career.

As a wife and mom, Fran understands the demands many women face—and how important it is
to feel strong, energized, and confident while balancing family, work, and personal goals. She’s worked with a wide range of clients, helping women through pregnancy, fat loss, body recomposition, first-time competition prep, national-level shows in the pursuit of Pro Status as bodybuilders, or only building a simple and sustainable healthy lifestyle.

Fran’s mission is to educate and empower women to take control of their health, understand their bodies, and achieve lasting transformation—inside and out whether it's stepping on a bodybuilding stage or simply showing up in everyday life with confidence and vitality
