After a one-on-one call to discuss your goals, your coach will deliver a complete program which includes:
bi-weekly (every two weeks) check-in feedback to review your progress
personalized macro and/or training adjustments
detailed Loom video feedback for clarity and guidance
regular check-in reminders to keep you accountable
sample meal plan based on your preferred foods

"Lexie first discovered weight training in high school after concluding her eight-year competitive gymnastics career. She quickly fell in love with bodybuilding, competing in numerous NPC bikini competitions before recently transitioning to the Fit Model division.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from the University of Tampa and has been a coach with ProPhysique since 2019.
Lexie’s mission is to guide clients toward achieving their fitness goals, both on and off the stage, while teaching the principles of longevity and balance through a flexible dieting approach. She is deeply committed to helping others reach their highest potential with passion, dedication, and personalized support."
