Coach Maria’s love for bodybuilding, coaching, and commitment to overall health has evolved into a career in guiding others in optimizing their fitness performance and health. Her goal is to help her clients recognize their full potential through both education and experience.
She currently holds a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and NAMS Certified Nutrition Consultant certification. Prior to coaching, Maria was a practicing Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT).
She has multiple years of experience competing in bikini bodybuilding as well as ten years of competitive cheerleading and gymnastics experience and previous coaching in both sports. Her passion for sports and strength training is what led her to bodybuilding where she is now an IFBB Bikini Professional.
