After a one-on-one call to discuss your goals, your coach will deliver a complete program which includes:
bi-weekly (every two weeks) check-in feedback to review your progress
personalized macro and/or training adjustments
detailed Loom video feedback for clarity and guidance
regular check-in reminders to keep you accountable
sample meal plan based on your preferred foods

Through structured nutrition, resistance training, recovery strategies, and practical lifestyle adjustments, the program helps your body become more responsive to fat loss during this stage of life. Coaching also considers key lifestyle markers that often shift during hormonal transitions, such as sleep, stress, recovery, hunger cues, and body composition patterns, to guide a more personalized approach.

Coach Maria’s passion for bodybuilding, coaching, and overall health has evolved into a career dedicated to helping others optimize both their physique and well-being. Her mission is to guide clients in reaching their full potential through a balance of education, structure, and real-life application.
Maria earned her IFBB Bikini Pro card in 2023 and brings years of competitive experience to her coaching. She works with both physique competitors and lifestyle clients, creating individualized plans tailored to each client’s goals, preferences, and stage of life. Her approach emphasizes sustainability, performance, and long-term success rather than quick fixes.
In addition to coaching, Maria has an established career in the corporate world, which allows her to deeply understand the challenges many clients face when balancing demanding schedules, stress, and healthy habits. She prides herself on creating realistic, adaptable strategies that fit seamlessly into busy lifestyles without sacrificing results.
She holds certifications as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Consultant, and has further specialized her education by completing the ISSA Prenatal and Postnatal Exercise Specialist course. As a soon-to-be mother, Maria is especially passionate about supporting women through all phases of life, including pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.
Prior to coaching, Maria worked as a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), giving her a deeper understanding of the body, recovery, and injury prevention. She also has a strong athletic background, with over ten years of competitive cheerleading and gymnastics, along with coaching experience in both sports.
Coach Maria is committed to empowering her clients to build strong, confident physiques while cultivating a healthy, balanced lifestyle that extends far beyond the stage.
