Miriam is both an educator and an IFBB Bikini Pro. She has been an educator for 34 years teaching Special Education, Health, Physical Education and is currently coaching and teaching high school boys and girls weightlifting. Miriam is certified in personal training, nutrition and a glute specialist. She competed in her first bodybuilding show 2 weeks after she turned 50 in 2015 and earned her IFBB Pro Card in 2018.
As a IFBB Bikini Pro she has increased her knowledge, along with her Coach Paul Revelia on how to adjust macros to achieve the goal of improving her physique from show to show and year to year. This knowledge gave her the confidence to improve her relationship with food.
Miriam has helped several lifestyle clients change their relationship with food while reaching their weight loss goals. Her goal is to help her clients, along with her students increase their knowledge about the flexible dieting lifestyle and have a healthy and fun relationship with food.

REFUND POLICY
All coaching services are non-refundable. By participating, you accept this policy. Cancellations require a minimum of five (5) business days prior to your next billing cycle. Cancellations outside of these parameters will result in one final payment. We aim to help you reach your goals, but results may vary.
RECURRING PAYMENTS
By enrolling in our monthly auto-draft, you permit automatic deductions from your chosen payment method. This ensures seamless & uninterrupted services. Please ensure sufficient funds are available to avoid any disruptions in service. We are not responsible for any overdraft fees incurred due to insufficient funds.
WELLNESS WAIVER
All Pro Physique coaches are expected to put the clients overall physical and mental health first. Coaches will determine the appropriate plan based on this expectation. Client’s plans will always be customized to their needs, not their immediate wants. By signing up, you agree to the guidance of your coach, with our standards and philosophy in mind.
