This coaching program is designed for women navigating the body changes that often come with perimenopause and menopause, with a focus on sustainable weight loss and improved body composition.
Through structured nutrition, resistance training, recovery strategies, and practical lifestyle adjustments, the program helps your body become more responsive to fat loss during this stage of life. Coaching also considers key lifestyle markers that often shift during hormonal transitions, such as sleep, stress, recovery, hunger cues, and body composition patterns, to guide a more personalized approach.
This program provides coaching, education, and accountability to support metabolic health and long-term weight management.

Sarah is a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach and nationally qualified bikini competitor. She has been an athlete all her life, starting gymnastics at age 3 and then transitioning to swimming at age 10. She was a Division I swimmer at Clemson University. Sarah has helped many women improve their physique through an evidence-based approach to training and nutrition. Her goal is to educate clients on the benefits of fueling their body and how to embrace their inner athlete through intentional strength training.
