Book a consultation to talk one-on-one with Coach Sarah for 30 minutes. You are invited to discuss any fitness, wellness, and/or nutrition related topics you wish, including personalized program reviews and nutrition suggestions
Sarah is a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach and nationally qualified bikini competitor. She has been an athlete all her life, starting gymnastics at age 3 and then transitioning to swimming at age 10. She was a Division I swimmer at Clemson University. Sarah has helped many women improve their physique through an evidence-based approach to training and nutrition. Her goal is to educate clients on the benefits of fueling their body and how to embrace their inner athlete through intentional strength training.
